Impact Family Services now seeks its next Chair, who will provide ambitious leadership to the Board of Trustees and to the wider organisation in shaping and developing the next phase of our strategy. The successful applicant will join Impact Family Services at a critical time in our history. We know that doing more of the same won’t be enough, and our new Chair will lead from the front to help us evolve to be sustainable longer-term in a rapidly changing sector.

Whether from the non-profit, public, or private sector, our next Chair will be an outstanding leader who brings the senior experience, knowledge and networks with which to lead Impact Family Services. Candidates will bring board level and chairing experience along with energy, passion and a deep commitment to Impact Family Services, its mission and its values.

Support and Intervention Facilitator (Make a Change) (Sunderland)

35 hours per week (Until 2023)

£23,069.20 Per annum

Make a Change (MAC) has been developed by Respect in consultation with Women’s Aid Federation England (WAFE). It is designed to fill a significant gap in current service provision, for situations where people know that domestic abuse is taking place, but where the behaviour or concerns do not yet meet the threshold for a statutory referral.  Impact Family Services have been appointed as the delivery partner in Sunderland.

We are looking for someone who has extensive experience of working with perpetrators and is able to translate their experience into supporting the roll out of Make and Change, developing tools and resources, delivering training, supporting community outreach and working on the development of our new Friends and Family approach.
