WE ARE A SPECIALIST DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND ABUSE ORGANISATION

How do you know if you are experiencing some form of violence?

Domestic violence is an incident or pattern of abusive behaviour by a partner or ex-partner or other close family member. It is often used to gain or maintain power and control over you.

Domestic violence and abuse can come in many different forms. It can be physical or psychological and could also happen online. You may be affected by or live in fear of one or several of the following:

  • Coercive and controlling behaviour (a pattern of threats, isolation,intimidation and/or degradation)
  • Physical or, sexual, violence,abuse or harassment  
  • Psychological or emotional abuse
  • Financial abuse
  • Stalking

Our services are designed to meet your individual need. We won't try to fit you in a box. Our support service OPTIONS is delivered by a highly skilled and trained team. They, will walk with you every step of your journey and wrap our services around you wherever you are on your personal pathway to healing and recovery from the violence and abuse you have experienced.
