Vacancies Contact Service Coordinator at Impact Family Services JOB TITLE: Contact Service CoordinatorDepartment: Family Support ServicesLocation: Hybrid Remote (Contact Service is based in Jarrow, South Shields)Responsible to: Family Support Service ManagerScale/ Salary: £26,329 - £31, 270 (pro-rata) Dependent upon experience.Hours of Work: 21 per week - including alternate Saturdays Impact Family Services is a charitable organisation supporting people in South Tyneside and surrounding areas who have been impacted by familial conflict and domestic abuse.Our child contact service supports children and non-resident parents to develop positive relationships, offering supervised and supported contact visits, a handover and post-box service.We are looking for someone to coordinate this service and lead our small team of sessional contact workers who deliver our contact sessions. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who is skilled at working with families, risk and complexity. This role would be ideal for someone has a lot of experience but is looking for a part- time role. Largely remote working and only generally required on-site on alternate Saturdays. A reflexive and experienced practitioner could manage this role in 16 hours a week, though we are able to offer up to 21hrs a week for someone who with less experience and who may need to spend more time on tasks.
